If you have both of those things, and some ability, than you can certainly advance here. You will be required to provide excellent member (customer) service and you will also need to have a positive attitude to be successful here. Still, the overall experience has been a very positive one for me. Any place with 200+ employees is going to have better teams and worse teams. However, the management goes above-and beyond to make it an enjoyable place to work. Vibe is the first place that I could see myself at long-term. I have worked for several companies during my career.
